Where to start?

Where to start? So I got my 94 Z28 about 2 weeks ago, and have spent most of those two weeks cleaning it with still plenty to go hehe.
Its got 173,000 miles on it so im sure its in need of a tune up. I was wondering on advice on where to start in "freshining it up" mechanically speaking so far all its gotten new plugs, I know it'll be needing new wires soon also.
Oil change will be the next easy step if it ever stops snowing/raining for a day. but im not really sure where to go from their, i know i need to clean out the heater core to see if that fixes my no heat issue, and i was thinking about seafoaming it. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated since pretty much you name it, it needs to be fixed on this car... but i needed a hobby anyway
P.S. pardon my crappy grammer, it sucks normally and today ive been up since about 5am lol
