AC making loud noises?

AC making loud noises? I exhausted myself doing searching for any name possible.
Basically with my AC on in any speed, the (blower motor?) near the glove box is making a whining noise and gets louder the higher I turn up the AC. It also does this with the heater. Can someone show me a link or tell me the problem, surely it cant be too difficult to diagnose. Thanks
