Another doozy of a question.
? My car only flashes the fogs if I leave the switched turned on. I take it you always have the fogs on with the parking lights? Just turn the switch to off before you get out of the car and it should only flash the parking lights.

That is exactly right and it's the only way to stop the flash. The alarm/keyless entry simply flashes the parking lights and since the fogs are wired into the parking lights they will flash if the switch is on.
Wrong I think. I remember reading a thread that told you how to do EVERYTHING associated with locking/unlocking. Now you just have to find it.
