Anyone ever had a problem with?

Anyone ever had a problem with? Their wipers resting in the wrong position? I used the wiper washer this morning and the wipers are resting in the down position just not all the way down, I know that the 97 sonoma's that have delay had a problem with their wiper pulse boards, But I didnt know the t/a's had the same problem. Is there a relay that controls the rest position?

Why yes i have this problem too, but my wipers dont rest in the down position and go too far left......... like off the windshield, its very annoying! And ive have no clue how to fix it other then take the wiper arm off an reset it on a different tooth
