Turn signals are really slow!

Turn signals are really slow! I had an 2001 V6 Firebird and the turn signals on it were quite fast. I just bought a WS6 and the turn signals are really slow. After I push the arm up or down, the arrow comes on but it takes a good second or so for them to start flashing and it’s still slow. Water does get in the front housings and I have already replaced both front bulbs but I don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not.
I did a search and came up with nothing. And no, I don’t need to change my turn signal fluid so don’t even suggest that crap. lol.
