Headlight Issue
Just replaced the headlight motor for the 9th time in less than a year. The headlight motor will not do anything at all like no power. The connector was corroded but I have cleaned it now I have no power to the right headlight motor. The lights work fine, can manually lift the motor, checked all fuses and wires to make sure there is power and not getting power down the line. But my main question is....Where is the headlight control module on the car?
Please help me gods of ls1tech.

I think it started when a body shop fixed the hail dents and did not adjust the headllight cover correctly. You can see where it was hanging-as it rubbed off the paint where it contacted the hood.
Two dealers said, you need new headlight motors. They are about $800 each! Another person told me, no you don't need a new motor, it is an adjustment issue. I could not figure out what he was telling me. I tried, but I am not very patient. My brothers, who build old Corvettes and even airplanes kid me saying, "You have the patience to peel an orange and that is about it". They are right!
Anyone know what to do.
By the way, I stopped locking the car for about a week. Then it was OK and everything worked OK, until one day, I hit the lock button twice. It started this all over again and now will not quit.
Of course the body shop guy denies any responsibility even though you can see where the paint is scrapped off.
