front end alignment analysis question

front end alignment analysis question just had an alignment analysis done with the following results: Front Left, Front Right and Rear Left all are perfect....Rear Right is fine on the Camber but the toe is -.08.....Is an alignment really neccessary?? Will I damage my tires?? Please advise, thanks....
