Default Water Pump

I will be doing a cam swap on a high mileage LS1 soon and would like to change out the water pump as preventative maintenance. Where did you guys buy your replacement water pumps from? PepBoys has a Bosch brand pump? What do you guys think?

There's a thread on here, maybe still on the first page, where someone got an updated water pump that fits all LSx's, but the old 98-02 t-stat won't fit.

Make sure you get the right one. That would be a shitty surprise after you got it all mounted up.

LS1 water pumps have been known to last well over 150K. How many miles?

I am @ 98K now. I have seen a lot of failures around the 100K mark. Any opinions on a replacement?

Factory pump here. 1998 T/A...about 170,000 miles. 118,000 on my 427ci and at least 50,000 for the first 4 years I owned it when it was stock.
