wont start!
wont start! ok this isnt my TA, its actually my honda civic 
i know, i know. I bought it from a friend for cheap. its a 97 honda civic(1.5L), just had the timing belt,tensioner,and new plugs put on. it currently WONT start, and my friend thats working on it says it turns over but that it seems as if it turns over faster than normal. he said he can smell fuel after cranking, and it has spark as well. any input? i know nothing at all about hondas lol.
