Low Oil Light

Low Oil Light My low oil light came on for the first time ever. I checked it, and it was super low. My car has no leaks on the driveway at all. Pressure is still like it always is. around 25-30 @ idle, 40-45psi @ 1k-1.5k rpms, and over 55psi @ WOT. I added two quarts of oil, drove around, checked the level, and its fine, but the light won't go off. Could something else be wrong?
only thing I can guess is you were really low and those 2 quarts weren't enough to fill it past the low oil like trip. Course if it just came on that doesn't make any sense either.
As far as it being low to begin with, I think that's a pretty common issue on these cars. I know mine will take an extra quart or so between oil changes.
