Default Need help with a/c guys...

weeks ago i posted that my ac compressor started making noises when the clutch was engaged...

i have replaced the clutch and bearing, but now that i turn the switch the clutch doesn't engage...did i overtighten the clutch or what did i do wrong...

Connect the clutch directly to the battery with a couple of jumper wires. If it engages, then you most likely broke one of the wires in the power connector for the clutch. If it doesn't engage, then you likely got a bad clutch from the parts store. Another possibililty, all your freon leaked out, and that's preventing it from coming on.
