Default out the top,

You can put me on the list of fellas who pulled the engine from the top, I got it out, but what a pain, I read a post where a guy said he pulled his with the headers on, I tried that, Please take my advice, do not attempt, it will not come out, the headers hit the kmember while the engine hits the cowl, I would have to tell that fella to show me before I believe it, I got mine out with the drivers header on, had to pull the passenger side, oh yeah and also both, engine mount pedastals. It comes out like any other engine, I would say the hardest part was getting the two ground wires off the back of the drivers side head. Squirming the engine out is a lot easier, with it tilted way back. Point of this post, most guys pull the engine out from the bottom but It most certainly can be done from the top, If I did it again, I will try it from the bottom simply from not having to remove my headers would be worth the 50$ realignment charge. Just my 2cents.

I pulled mine out the top. I don't think it was difficult at all. I will post pics later.
