No turn signals! Help!

No turn signals! Help! I'm about to break something. For the last two months every time I turn the ignition the fuse for the turn signals blows. Hazard lights work fine. I checked all the bulbs and they're fine. I'm thinking that it's a bad ground, but I haven't had time to check. Anybody have any ideas/similar experiences?
