99 z28 electrical problem -help!- so I tried to start my car and I stoped in mid crank then when I tried to start it again the car just clicked and everything electrical shut off. nothing has power no windows no nothing and then after 10 mins the lights and everything comes back on but when I try and start the car it does the same thing and I was finaly able to start the car by jumping it but I don't think the battery doesn't have power because the lights arn't dim and volt meter shows a little below 13. so is there a main fuse that could have have been blown or some sort of circuit breakeresk thing that would trip? its definetly stoping the power flowing to everything else anyone got any ideas?
