EVAP system is jacked, help

EVAP system is jacked, help I searched and got over whelmed with the amount of info. Basically the engine code is P0446- EVAP Purge Solenoid, so I replaced the purge solenoid because it was plugged in when the code was thrown. Also I have not changed anything to the car for months so this problem happened on its own. The same code still throws, so what do I check next?
