More o2 problems

More o2 problems I just put LTs and an ORY on my car and had the rear o2s deleted with HPT but now it's throwing a code for bank 2 sensor 1 low voltage. We changed the passenger side o2 tonight and is still throwing the code. The bank 1 sensor works fine and were both put on together. Is there anything else it could be? I know the battery and alternator are fine. The car revs in a hurry all the way to redline in neutral but bogs in Drive when you get on it so I don't think it's the injectors or the fuel pump. I was going to see if anybody has a good idea as to what it is before I go spending money putting it on a computer that still may not help.
