Odd Problem
Odd Problem This Happens When My Car Gets Up To Temp and is Driven For A While.
There is a sound coming from the engine bay sort of like : Chik-chik-chik-chik.....Chik-chik-chik....Chick-chick. It fades in and out slowly, gets loud, then soft.
If I turn the heat on full and set it to the floor setting, then the Chika-chika goes away.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a belt or pulley, but lots of possiblities. Since it only happens when the engine is hot, is running the heater cooling the engine enough to quiet the belts?
Or, is the alternator squeaking and the extra load on it from running the fan on high is quieting it up? Does the noise stop when you turn on the defrost?
Just a few easy checks.

yup, very hard to diagnose these over the PC. when you increase the rpm's does the chick-chick increase too or stay the same? doesn't sound like an exhaust leak cuz those seem to die down a little when the engine warms up.
