Default Blowing certain fuses

Interior dash lights, guages, or tail lights.

Happens the second time I start it. Like if i have driven once and then get home and then have to start it again I pop the fuses. It's strange!

SO my question is I think I may have misplaced a wire when I did the rebuild.

Ground braided line is bolted to the driver's side of the block and to the chassis.

I also have those three wires on the upper part/rear of the block by the firewall all bolted together to the back of my driver's side head.

Now there was a wire that was hanging with the wiring of the starter, I could not see where it went but I thought it also may bolt to the block on the passenger side. Now I am thinking maybe not.

Can anyone look under theirs and see where that wire goes? That is really the only one I have major doubts about so i am going with my gut that it is in the wrong place.

I can't think of any other wires that need to be bolted down. This was never a problem before, just seems since I put the iron block in, I have gremlins. I am sure it is just a misplaced wire somewhere.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

ALright so that wire looks like the ground for the battery. Does it need to be grounded to the block (currently) or to the frame? Does it matter?

One goes to the chassis and another goes to the block(above the starter).

Ok. I will need to check that tomorrow.

I discovered tonight that when I put on the lights it blows the fuse for the dash lights and the tail lights.

I did notice that the three wires bolted to the back of the driver's head were a bit loose but I tightened those down this afternoon.

I gotta figure this out. I never had any electrical gremlins before.

So I did an experiment and put in new fuses today. I used the keyless remote to unlock the car and it popped a fuse. The number 7 15A Power accessory fuse.

I have no idea where to look now.
