please help
I have a 95 camaro with a 3.4l/m5. I re-ringed the motor just recently after it had been sitting for 2 years because of a blown head gasket. anyway... since i got it going again it has been sputtering when you accelerate. It seems to be running a little rich too, because my mpg has gone down. The ses light has doesnt come on, and i know its working because i unpluged the map sensor and it will light up. I have already replaced: all three coil packs, ignition module, cam sensor, crank sensors, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, pcv valve, plugs and wires, o2 sensors, map sensor, installed a couple extra ground straps, and soaked the injectors in carb cleaner for a day and put them back in with no improvement. I also checked for vaccuum leaks and found none.
I'm not asking whats wrong, but is there anything else to check?
Any response would be appreciated.

ttt. I know its near impossible to diagnose site unseen, but is there anything else I can check? I'm pulling my hair out over here. I need my dd back cause my LS1 is about to go under the knife for a couple of new mods.
