My window motor works. It wont go up or down automatically. To get the window to stay up I have wedged a couple things between the window and door. Is it the regulator that needs replacing?

Most likely the window guides from what it sounds like. . . . .

Take the door apart and take a look.

I just took mine apart to replace one of my broken window guides. It would scratch the window and the window just sagged.


Also could be the window tracks. . . . . .

No, you've got some other more painful problem. Can you be more descriptive or add pictures? What side, does the window fall evenly, etc.?

Yup. . . . . Just taking the door apart is a equivalent to getting kicked in the nuts.

i dont think anything is equivalent to getting kicked in the nuts. it pretty painful though
