thanks alot 91rs383...that's the kind of response i've been looking for...changed just the panhard rod and probably 90% of the rear end rattle went away...enough of it to be happy haha...I think I'm gonna stick with the other lca's and torque arm now that the main noise is gone...now I have to tear that door panel off to fix the speakers...sliders...and now my driver window motor...does it ever end

#3 inside the door, there should be a mesh sleeve covering the metal rod (specifically to keep noise down) that the slider clips in to. If that sleeve is out of place, the metal rod will bang around.

#2 is probably drone. I have dumped exhaust and mine does exactly the same thing. It turns out that the frequency of the sound causes interior rattles... Happens right at 1600-1800 rpms under load (gas pedal pushed).
