Default Possibly broken carrier

My mechanic was telling me theres a noise coming from the carrier. Sounds like a high pitched "woop" sound. You can only hear it at 35-60. Where's a good place to pick up a carrier or are they rebuildable? The car is in the sig.

It's rebuildable by any competent shop.

Don't waste your money, just be sure its full of oil and drive. Most make noise at those speeds, its part of the experience.
