Default A/C going out?

After I have my a/c on for a while it stops flowing out of the upper vents. If I shut it off, then turn it back on, it works for a while and then does the same thing.

Open the hood and look by the pcm and cowl ull see some small vac lines connected to a check valve make sure its ok then go under the car I think with camaro its on the pass side theres a big plastic tank with lines running to it make sure thats all good. Both of those control engine vacuum that switches the a/c controls.

I'd check that first... sounds like the blend doors to the vents not staying open....
