Default Bad stutter, back fire..after header install

Ok so I bought some long-tubes and true duals and figured while i'm putting them in I might as well buy new plugs and wires along with new o2 sensors. So after installing the headers, iridium plugs, taylor wires and new o2 sensors it stutters in high rpms. Also backfires now. Where can I start?

Most likely you may of forgotten to make a electrical connection but 99% chance that you hit a spark plug to hard during the installation of the headers causing the spark plug to crack...even the finest hairline crack in a spark plug will cause the symptoms you described, so I would go ahead and just change all the plugs, or at least pull all of them and inspect them for the slightest crack...Ive been there before

Ok i'll have to pull all the plugs out and look at them or buy new ones. The codes it was throwing was some secondary air injection something. I have them wrote down but can't find the paper now. Oh yeah I took out the EGR and AIR when I installed the headers. Can this be part of the problem?

be sure you dont have any exhaust leaks. if your leaking at the y pipe you may be getting conflicting readings from the primary and secondary o2 sensors
