Clean engine bay?

Was going to clean up my engine bay on my 98 LS1 this weekend, is it ok, to spray the engine with the hose? Specifically what should I cover up and avoid getting wet? Has anybody had issues after doing this?

dont get water under the intake (knock sensors), and on the pcm. i spray everything else with a pressure washer. good luck
