Seems like you have a rattle in the exhaust. as far as the lights dimming, bring your car to a shop and ask them to do a charging system check (battery, alternator) they should check it for free. Or I can check it for you for 1000 bucks and a plane ticket. as long as battery checks out, you have nothing to worry about.

sounds like you have an automatic...right? The dimming lights in reverse may indicate an issue with transmission binding internally slowing the engine rpms and dimming your lights. Check your tranny fluid (warm with car running) and see if you need to fill it.

yeah it's auto but it's not a lose exhaust , I've checked and it comes from the oil pan location I going with the engine . I've also noticed a thump noise when it shifts into second gear , I noticed it occurs onces a week depending on the amount of red lights I come to .....

Maybe corroded socket or wiring in back up light circuit? Remove the bulbs -see if that solves problem.

Do you headlights brighten up if you give it gas in reverse? If so, it's just your alternator spinning slower. I see it all the time w/mine which is a manual. Nothing to worry about. Been doing that since I got it.
