What is this? (vacuum line?)

I've been gutting the interior of my car, and accidentally snipped this line on the other side of the firewall, where it enters the interior of the car. It splits into a few seperate lines right by the PCM. What the heck is it? Can I just pull the whole thing out and trace the lines to get rid of them?

That is the Control for the Vents in the Interior of the Car. Get a piece of Rubber Hose that will fit on it tight and see if you can repair it. I've fixed them with Shrink Wrap before.

Oh, ok, awesome. The car has no HVAC crap anymore, so it won't hurt to just rip all this out I guess?

If you still want heat or defrost, you need it.

The car doesn't have any of that stuff anymore, I'm in the middle of ripping it all out.
