Default Help T-Top Lock Fix

My drivers side T-Tops lock fell out of the socket. It fits back in but will not stay it. Once placed back in the handle it will not turn. I believe that the cover needs to be removed. I see two screws one on the trim where the t-top locks into the roof but am unsure how to remove the handle? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The handle comes off just like a regular window crank. . . . . It has a U clip in the back side. . . . I have a little tool I get them off with(it's just a all that I bent the tip to a hook).
