My car is missing the piece that the wires feed through to move from the engine compartment through the door. Its that little flexible rubber sleeve. I had it, lol, but lost it when i took my door off. Im nervous to drive my car or get it wet without it because i had to replace the door harness, and thats where the cut was made! Even if i were to buy one off a wrecked car, its a ton of work to get to it! So i was thinking, is there something i can buy at say the hardware store? i can just cut it, and use silicone adhesive to glue it down and make it water tight right? Thoughts? Comments? Similar situations you can share stories and solutions about?
