Default misfiring issues

I've got some misfire issues.. just got on it a bit last night (first time since the fall) and noticed a small kind of bucking feeling especially when in the <2k rpm range. I forgot to write down the code numbers but they were as stated in the title, misfire detected (SES light flashed at me on two occasions today i) EGR Flow code, and Catalyst Deficiency something 1.. Was told possibly plugs or plug wires or maybe the distributor? car has probably not been tuned since the previous owner put the jasper rebuilt in however long ago that was.

Any help is appreciated, killed me to drive it to class today lol

car is a 97 formy ws6 110k on the clock, can't remember when/at what milage the previous owner had the rebuilt lt1 put in.

Thanks

Could be a dozen different things.

If the SES light flashed, then you have multiple misfires.

Get the codes again. Might be a bad cat.
