Default Vacuum leak

How much vacuum should a stock 98 engine have because I can't get my idle under 1300 and I think a leak is the problem

Has you ever removed the intake or are the intake gaskets the original "O" rings (from 98)? You also might want to see if any of the pcv hoses are cracked or broke.

X2 on the pcv valve my was doing the same thing when i bought my car and the guy that i bought it from taped the hose back together and the hose ended up collapsing and leaking. Changed the hose and the pcv valve and the problem went away. To me the easiest way to check vacuum leaks is to get a can of starter fluid and spray just a little bit around your lines not a whole bunch cause you might start a fire but just enough for it there is a leak it will suck the starter fluid up and the engine will rev and then you found your problem area. But take this as advice and use it at your own risk.
