Default removing oil pan

i am removing my oil pan because gots to get the broken bolt out my question is is it as easy and bolt off and when installing it do i need a spacial align tool any body do this before i would really appreciate some advice i dont want to ruin my first build the engine is out the car already

sorry bout the spelling i want to remove the oil pan i was just wondering before i do it can i reuse the gasket the engine has 56k miles on it

I wouldn't. Do you want to do it again later if it leaks?

No **** just get a new one while your in there make sure your pick up screen is clean.

i know some GM gaskets can be reused.......by why take the chance i say and if you are just removing the pan.....no special tools needed
