Low pressure ac switch?
I have a 01 Z28. My ac compressor will not kick on so we ran a jumper wire to it and it came on and the air was freezing!!! Also checked all the relays and fuses. I didnt see a low pressure switch on the line. What do i need to make my ac work?

what did you jumper? direct to the compressor coil?
There is no low pressure switch on this setup, the pcm takes care of the high and low pressure cutoff.
Is your relay being kicked on?, using tuning software or a tech2, force the compressor on and see what happens.

Their is a green wire on top of the motor that goes to the compressor it wasnt getting any power. We ran a jumper wire to it and it kicked my compressor on. So u think my pcm might be bad?

Do you have access to a tech2 or hptuners/efilive?
if so, command the AC clutch on, to make sure the electrical side from the pcm to the compressor wiring is good and this will check the relay.
I've had the connector on the compressor be loose and only work sometimes, replacing the terminals fixed the issue. This was on a 100K mile 98.
i doubt the pcm itself is bad.
