idle issues, burning oil, surging.
idle issues, burning oil, surging. Well its been awhile, but the car has me stumped.
It started as I was pulling up to a left hand turn, foot on the break. Good thing I was paying attention, rpms jumped and the car lurched and the rpms hung at about 1800, then slowly came down to about normal. Well then I pulled away, car was loading up on fuel, and sluggish.
No codes yet.
Gotter home, and ran the codes just to check. Came up with tps low voltage, idle too high. Changed the tps, and still got the p0507 code. Changed the iac and it made the car stop surging, but still have a high idle and it seems to be washing the cylinders down.. mosqueto abatement on start up.
Any ideas would be helpful. No engine noises... but I do hear a squeal around 1.8k rpms...
