Question Downstream (after cat) O2 sensor ?

Starting a new thread, hoping to get better results in gen. maint. and repairs...

With my scan tool graphing o2 output, I can see both upstream o2 sensors switching rapidly which I understand is normal. My 2 downstream o2s are doing diferent things.

Bank 2 sensor 2 is closely following bank 2 sensor 1 but with a slightly increased voltage.
Bank 1 sensor 2 is not following bank 1 sensor 1 but hovering right around .8v.

Which is correct? Is my bank 1 sensor 2 bad, or is my bank 2 cat bad?

Thanks,
BTW I'm looking at my '05 Jeep TJ, but my Wrangler "friends" are not as tech-helpfull as the LS1tech folks.

Bank 2 cat is bad if the pattern is following the upstream.

Bank 1 sensor 2 is reading too rich. Should be closer to .45V. Could be a bad sensor on that side.

Had to remove the down pipe to change the rear main seal on the Jeep. Bank 2 cat had the substrate broken away from the can and was turned sideways inside. Definately a bad cat.

Thanks again, you were spot on.
