annoying squeaks all the time!!! please help!

annoying squeaks all the time!!! please help! well i recentley lowered my car and within a month it became very squeaky. I installed eibach sportline springs and new tokiko blues. i also just replaced my lower control arms with UMI and also the panhard bar because i thought thats were the squeaks were coming from and yet it continues. by just pressing the rear down with my hand you hear the squeks if any one has any idea what it could be it would be apprehiated
