I have a small crack in the middle of my radiator... it was rubbing a little on the turbo, i increased the clearance so it wont rub into it again. I was thinking of soldering it up, will rosin core do the trick or what would you suggest for now other than a new radiator?
Thanks
Thanks

Brand new LT1 radiators are less than $100....and you will get better cooling then the LS1 radiator.

you're better off buying the new one... unless you drive a junker you dont care about. then feel free to crack eggs in it, pour pepper in, or whatever.
You cant really "fix" an aluminum radiator once they're damaged, maybe patch it like 1lejohn said. Copper/Brass radiators are a little more repair friendly... I should know, Ive been designing radiators for 6 years.
