Default Car is Sputtering

My car started sputtering full on under 4k RPM to the point it's no longer drivable. Upon a cold startup the car fires right up but has problems idling.

Idle is usually around 900RPMs. But now its surging between 450 -700rpms. The car will not shut off or die on its own, but it won't ever find a normal idle neither. Once the engine is warm enough to drive, the car sputters and hesitates to move all the way up to 4k rpms.

I've since changed the fuel filter, new plugs, new wires. Still have the same results. The car has 84k miles. Running 91 octane CA gas.

I've checked the fuel pressure @ idle its around 43 - 46 PSI.
My car has no !air with long tube headers & ORY I believe the 2002 SS didn’t come with EGR.

When i turn the key to the "on" position, I can hear the fuel pump doing its thing... Sound like it always has.

I have o2 sensors, but my PCM tune is running in Open loop (SD) so those are being ignored.

I don't have any SES lights for misfire, or any other codes for that matter.

Any ideas?
Thanks…
