EVAP issue after stall install Had a stall put in my 99 formula yesterday. Had alot of issues after the install, random miss fires, ses light and check gauges. Turned out the O2's on the headers were swapped. Bank one connected to bank 2 and bank 2 connected to bank 1. Anyways that is all sorted out now but i do not have a check engine light but when I run an OBDII test on the PCm with my scanner I get EVAP not ready. The only thing that I can think of that could be doing this is the metal flap that closes the hole after you stop pumping gas. While the misfires were happening i had to get gas and the gass handle got stuck to the metal flap and the only way to get it otu was to pull pretty hard and now the flap is bent and stuck in the open position. Couls this cause an EVAP leak. If not what locations should I look for a leak. When it was missfiring we were nto sure what it was so we had the MAF off, coil packs, and spark plugs. It is also idling very low around 500 RPM with a 3500 stall. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it simply says "not ready" you need to drive your car more for the monitor to reset. That just means someone cleared the codes from the pcm, so the pcm is in a learning mode. once it is "ready" there will either be a check engine light on, or not. Then you know if you have a problem or not.
