Panhard Rod noise

I installed a non adjustable UMI panhard rod about 4 years ago...worked perfect.

recently it has become SLIGHTLY loose to the point where certain turns/bumps make the rod seem to click or bump around. the bolt is not coming off so it isnt really a safety issue but does anyone know how to correct this ridiculously annoying/embarrassing sound

poly or rod end?? poly will distort and flake away.........rods do wear out

it ended up being the bolt itself wearing down. picked up a hardened one and now all is well thanks guys
