Default on going p0410 code, HELP!

since i bought the car i had a p0410 code being thrown. thinking it was the AIR pump i just said screw it and didnt worry about fixing it. now that emissions are due im scrambling to get it fixed. so far i have replaced the AIR pump assembly, both check valves, tested ALL of the fuses and relays and i still keep throwing the code after about 150 miles of driving. i tried wiping the codes yesterday then driving around before going to the emissions test but failed cause the monitors werent ready.

anyone got any thoughts of how to fix this so i can pass emissions? and no im not looking to rip it off the car cause that would cost me about $400 in a tune.

Have you looked at www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic9013.php Shouldn't cost $400 just to turn the secondary air codes off.
