I am guessing it will be green stuff. ALl these new premixed stuff ALL say 'compatible' with all makes and models and all years.. If dex cool isn't included that leaves out A LOT of gm vehicles. So I assumed it will work. I'm trying hard to remember... I think last time I did use it (the premixed stuff I have) about a year ago it was orangish in color.

Its not the "green stuff" you have dexclone....you can use it no problem BUT if it were mine i would drain all the dexcool out and replace it with the dexclone you bought. It won't turn to acid like the dexcool can.

The old type "green' coolant is very hard to find anymore and is 12 dollars plus a gallon.

The coolant you bought probably looks green-yellow

They really confused alot of people over these coolants.

If you mix the two coolants there will not be an explosion. You will simply lose the extended drain interval that Dexcool advertises. You will be back to the 2yr/24k mile (approx) interval.

FYI, green coolant abounds. Modern coolant is usually green, compatible with all other modern coolants (as in doesn't cause corrosion), and is found in every parts store I've been in the last six years.

I ended up reading the coolant bottle info and it said EVERY manufacturer except GM LOL... so I didnt use it.. I ended up having to buy Petro premixed and then read some good links on how everything is ok and dex cool stuff got blown way out of proportion etc etc.. When I get my t stat in I'll drain everything out and refill it with the dex probably.
