Default looking for a lift

So I'm looking for a lift.

I'm a first time buyer for this sort of thing so I don't really know what's best. I decided I'm going to try a few forums and see what the real opinions are.

Basically, I'm trying to lift a 1999 mercury cougar with a 2892 lb curb weight. I have a 2 car garage and space is an issue, but not the decider of what lift I'm going to get (though it helps) . Measured out my ceiling height is 148`, and I have yet to measure my concrete but I'm willing to do the work when the time comes.

I need it to be able to move, but I also need to get UNDER the car.
I've come down to a few choices and these are some of them: feel free to show me some other lifts!

http://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/two...ts/XPR-9F.aspx
or
http://maxjaxlifts.com/specifications.html
are the ones I've been looking at.

I just need help deciding. Please have *reasonable* feedback!

Not so sure I'd like the maxjax unit when you can't stand upright under the car.
Not for me, but might fit your needs.
BendPak has been mentioned around here many times.
Look here for info also;
