Default Parking Brake Problem

I have a moser 12 bolt that I'm going to be installing soon. The passenger side parking brake works, but the driver side does not. The lever doesn't seem to grab on to anything, I can move it with no resistance. Does this sound like an adjustment issue?

could be an adjustment, its an easy check to see if something got screwed up in there.

there is an adjuster inside the rear rotor. you just have to spin it to open up the shoe a little more. you have to keep checking it by placing the rotor back on and making sure its not to tight, and not to loose.
