Default How to replace rack and pinion?

My buddy hit a curb in his 02 WS6 so we are going to start replacing it this weekend. How hard is it? Is there a write up on this anywhere? If anyone has done it pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

pretty self explanatory... find the bolts holding it n and remove them.. tie rod ends, k-member mounts, PS lines and steering shaft

the bolt on the drivers side........to get it out.........either lift the engine.....or get a sawzall and cut the bolt......thats as hard as it gets
