Balancing the Rotating Assembly
My LS1 has blown up after a short time of a rebuild (three pistons broke down

I've decided to build it myself and got a manual for that. I have not yet removed and disassembled the engine. The plane is OK and every things look fine except the issue of balancing the rotating assembly.
The engine previously bored to be 6.0L (+fixing sleeves) displacement with new pistons.
The question for the GM engine experts is:
Is it a must to balance the rotating assembly? or Do the spare parts (6.0L piston in my case) come balanced with the original crankshaft and rodes?
If balancing is required, have anybody know a qualified shop in Arabian Gulf region?
Thanks,
