Default Car is acting up.. (sputtering)

It's not noticeable, but I can feel a slight kick and bog when cruising at about 1700 rpm in 3rd or 4th (m6).. It is REAL subtle, the kind of thing you would only notice if you have owned the car for a while. The idle has been acting up a little more than usual, also. Sometimes I get the idle hiccup where it will idle WAY down then if I just let it sit for a second it finds it's idle and it's fine.. But it has been doing this a bit too much lately and I'm starting to get concerned.

I only have two codes. One for an EVAP sensor low and the other is some mystery code. My code thread is down the page a bit.

The car was sitting all summer so I used most of the gas up, about to an 1/8 tank. Topped it off with some fresh 93 octane today. Was on my way home and still trying to flush the gas out so I was hanging it in gear for a bit. Got almost all the way home adn the idle started acting up again and stalled in the middle of an intersection while I was waiting for the traffic to clear so i can make a left.

Got it started, went up the hill and raped the gas a couple times in 1st and second.. Wound it out a couple of times real good to maybe blow some cobwebs out of it. (Getting squirley is always fun and I needed an excuse... )

What I'm thinking:
It may be time for a plug change.. Correct? Car is running a little rich here at sea level.
MAF Clean, possibly..
Would the EVAP code cause this?? I'm not thinking so.
Should it have taken longer than 15 min (driving) to use up the last of the old gas in the lines?

hmmm anything can cause this. i had almost the same thing but over 3k rpm and its obviously plugs wires..changed them and its fine now ( i have a set of ngks but am too lazy to istall them) so id say start with the cheapest. clean your maf filter fuel and go to wires and plugs.
