Default car pulls to the left and clicking noise?

I put new rotors and pads on my car last weekend and now the car pulls to the left. When I got the caliper back on the driver side I noticed I couldn't turn the wheel without putting a wrench between the studs and turning it. The passenger one spins just fine. What's going on here? New rotors and pads...do I need new calipers maybe? I set the calipers on buckets so there was no strain in the brake line. I figured if I could turn it by hand, the car should have no problem.

Did you remove the caliper slides and lubricate them? If not, do it! One may be sticking.

If the slides are ok, you have a piston stuck in the left caliper. At minimum you need a left caliper...but if it were me I'd replace both.
