What's the part number for a low temp thermostat for a 2000 Ss camaro?

dont think GM has a low temp stat in the system......hypertech PN for a 160 stat is 1014

hypertech one is made by motorad, autozone brand 160 is have motorad name on it.

that is true. are the autozone ones cheaper than the 'hypertech' ones?

yes auto zone is $16.99
and hypertech one is 24.99

I see hypertech one and it say motorad on the side, and open autozone brand and it say motorad made by german. both look same, I pick up autozone brand, use it all summer keep car cool, but change back to 180 cause of winter here, but summer i put 160 back in.

Yea hypertech is made by motorad. Even at autozone the 160's are around 35 bucks. Still cheaper than hypertech
