Default Can't reset time on clock

Went to try to change the time on the clock when we changed to standard time and the 2 little buttons for hour (H) and minutes (M), dont seem to be working. Haven't had this car long so this was 1st attempt to reset clock. BTW, car is an 02 Camaro SS 35th Anniv. LE.

What wud it take to fix this and any ideas why its not working?
Thx for your input!

How long are you holding the buttons for? You could always disconnect the battery and reconnect at Noon.

lol yea i thought that, reset at noon, just disconnecting battery would reset and buttons may work for a bit, also i wuld really press the buttons hard in case it is just a connection issue

On my factory radio you hold the button down for a few seconds and then the number will begin to move, and each time you press either button will advance it by one. And if I disconnect the battery my clock starts at 1:00.
